Practical information

So that we can best prepare the Rockhal venue for the concert of SLIPKNOT on 15 December we would like to remind you of the following:

Doors will open at 18.30 hrs, the show will start at 19.30 hrs with Children of Bodom.

Your concert ticket = your travel ticket

The Rockhal, in collaboration with the Local Transport Authority, announces free public transport for each concert to be held in the 2 halls at the Rockhal.
So why bother with a car … when all you have to do is show your concert ticket (hard ticket or e-ticket) to take the train or bus free of charge across the Grand Duchy to the Rockhal, and back.

Rail
The Rockhal also recommends travelling to the site by rail, using Line 60: “Luxembourg-Bettembourg-Esch-Pétange”, which provides a connection to the concert hall every 30 minutes (stop: Belval-Usines). Please note that the last trains linking the Rockhal to the City of Luxembourg via Esch-sur-Alzette leave at 23.42 and 00.15. The last train to Rodange leaves at 00.18. You need not more than 5 minutes from the train stop to the Rockhal, as you now can again use a more direct way.

Please note that there are additional trains after the show of SLIPKNOT:
Direction Luxembourg City / Ettelbruck: 23:10 / 23:40 / 00:10
Direction Rodange: 23:18 / 23:48 / 00:18

Car parks
To make the journey to the Rockhal as comfortable as possible and to avoid any annoyance concerning parking, the Rockhal provides access to several car parks outside the Belval site, including the “P+R Monkeler” located at Exit 5 from the Luxembourg-Esch/Alzette motorway (A4).

Other car parks are also available, for instance at Trefilarbed Schifflange and at Cactus Lallange (stop: Kiersch Lalleng). Shuttle buses run at regular intervals to the concert hall, dropping you off not more than 200m from the Rockhal. The shuttle buses will be running from 17.30 to 01.00.

Finally, please be aware that the car parks on the site have only a limited number of spaces and will be directly complete.
