We received the message from the agent saying that " for reasons that are beyond our responsibility we have to postpone the show of Gaetan Roussel which was initially scheduled for 5 May to 18 November." All tickets bought rest valid for the new date.

Gaétan Roussel, the singer of Louise Attaque, takes the leap into the new adventures as a solo artist. His first album, “Ginger” was released on 15th March. The first singles, “Help myself”, is already on rotation at all radio stations and the congenial singer will be at the Rockhal Club on 5th May, 2010. Don’t miss!

He is the voice and face of Louise Attaque. Gaétan Roussel could have gone on pension and lived a happy life. It has to be said that with more than 2.5 million sold albums (which is a record in France!), this band completely changed the situation and modified the French audiovisual scene.

But this would mean you don’t know this passionate songwriter. After having worked, amongst others, with Bashung on his album “Bleu Pétrol” and with Vanessa Paradis on the unpublished “Il y a”, he will now soon release “Ginger”, an astonishing first album.

Gaétan Roussel changes all codes, breaks all barriers and this time, he does it to his heart’s content: he juggles with English pop (“Help myself” - first singles), folk music (“Mon nom”) and alternative rock (“Do you wanna dance”).

The new record is in perpetual movement and Gaétan Roussel starts a sneak attack on all those who expected a static chansonnier. That was his aim and he’s achieved his mission. Get ready to be surprised… and inspired!
