“Les souvenirs sous ma frange” is Rose’s second album. This young artist was discovered only two years ago, when she released her singles “La liste” and “Ciao Bella”. Now she comes with a new album, bringing about new success and a new tour that will finally lead her to Luxembourg.

Not only is she as pretty as a spring flower; Rose also has this soft glance which is yet full of roguishness and says a lot about her pride of having realised such a great start of a career. In 2007, this career started off with one of the most beautiful albums of the year. The two singles “La liste” and “Ciao Bella”, which are extracts of this album and were granted great acceptance on francophone radio stations.

After the surprise of an incredible success with the first, eponymous album (500,000 copies sold only in France!), Rose managed to go about the next level ahead, which already announced itself when she prepared her second work. As a matter of fact, things work out much more naturally after a pharaonic tour.

Today, we hold “Les souvenirs sous ma frange” in our hands. And straightaway, everything that we loved about Rose on her first album is present again: her incredibly talented way of writing in detail about the little moments of her life; her chords that, even after having heard them hundreds of times, sound like totally new notes. And then there is this fragility, this honesty and humanity that have been the trademark of all great artists.

Rose is a flower that has just dropped her second petal. Now it is our turn to pick it up and keep it at the bottom of our box of memories…
