DEVILDRIVER + MALEFICE

Luxembourg audiences love Devildriver … and Devildriver loves to come to the Rockhal. The two conditions will therefore be met once again on 5 July next, when celebration will be on the cards. “Pray for Villains”, the group’s fourth album is already available on the Roadrunner Records label.

Devildriver is one of those groups for which live performances have become a genuine way of life. In the world of Devildriver, the couchette on the tour bus has definitely replaced the family bedroom.

Recognised and respected by their peers, in the space of a few years the group from Santa Barbara has become a machine tuned to perfection, with four albums which only serve to strengthen an already well-founded reputation.

On 5 July next, Devildriver will be returning to the Rockhal to promote their latest album, the aptly-named “Pray for Villains”. The album is harder and more direct, but also groovier and more representative of what the group does on stage.

Alongside them on this new expedition to Luxembourg will be the English group Malefice whose latest album, entitled “Dawn of Reprisal” (Metal Blade), was undoubtedly one of the best surprises of recent months.
