Andy Fairweather Low joins the Rhythm Kings!!

Rock and Roll icon, author, restaurateur, - legendary former Rolling Stones bassist BILL WYMAN has seen it all and continues to live life to the full. For over thirty years he was part of the best rock n roll band in the world.

His latest musical rebirth as the driving force behind the fabulous Rhythm Kings sees him return to his musical roots. This set of virtuoso musicians superbly bring back to life the kind of classic rhythm and blues that first inspired Wyman to pick up the guitar as a teenager. A show imbued with absolute quality.

"The whole idea behind the band was to play music that we love and I think you can hear and feel that on our records. Playing live, doing gigs, means everybody in the band does it for the same reasons as I do; to have a good time and send the crowd home with smiles on their faces" says Wyman.

Joining him on his tour are the legendary musicians; Albert Lee, Beverley Skeete, Graham Broad, Garaint Watkins, Georgie Fame, Terry Taylor, Nick Payn and Frank Mead and Andy Fairweather Low.

Andy Fairweather Low was a founding member of 1960s British pop band Amen Corner and in recent years has toured extensively with Roger Waters, Eric Clapton and Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings. Fairweather Low and Wyman first worked together at the Small Faces’ legendary bass player Ronnie Lane’s A.R.M.S. – Action for Research into Multiple Sclerosis – benefit concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall in 1983. It was a charity cause that Bill revisited in 1985 with Willie & The Poor Boys, a Fifties’ style rock ‘n’ roll concept band featuring Andy who, since that time has been frequently involved in Wyman’s projects, most recently touring with the Rhythm Kings in 2005 and the summer of 2006 and 2007.
