Cover bands that transcend the stadium of simple and superficial imitation are pretty rare. But there is one band which succeeds in being able to play their idols’ songs with a precision so extreme they became an almost 100 per cent identical copy of the original…

This band is called The Australian Pink Floyd, and is considered today as the world’s best tribute band! Even David Gilmour is very enthusiastic about the Australians who, according to him, play Pink Floyd’s music note by note.

After their two performances at the Rockhal in 2008 and 2009 (which were completely sold out!), The Australian Pink Floyd will be back on 25 February 2010 for a “Greatest Hits” concert including all the best of the albums “Wish you were here”, “Animals”, “Dark side of the moon” and, last but not least, “The Wall”. The band has also announced one of the most impressive visual shows…
