Marketing and Communication Assistant (m/f)


Required profile:

  • completed university studies in Marketing and Communication
  • creative and innovative, with a well developed commercial sense
  • working autonomy, availability
  • excellent sense of organisation, great administrative discipline and team spirit
  • professional experience in marketing or live event organisation is considered as an asset
  • driving licence (category B)
  • knowledge of French, German and English, with Luxembourgish constituting an advantage



  • assistance in the elaboration of the marketing and communication concepts and strategies plus their follow-up
  • execution and monitoring of different show-related marketing budgets
  • writing of press releases
  • administration of our different websites
  • handling of press and media relations
  • briefing and follow-up of projects with our media agencies
  • presence at the box-office / infopoint during shows


Expected date of entry: 1st june 2015, or negotiable


The candidate must show a genuine interest for amplified music and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
