What happens if a show is cancelled?

Purchased tickets will be refunded ONLY if the show is being cancelled. Date, billing or venue changes are not a valid reason for a refund. Refunds will be made at the salespoints where the tickets have initially been purchased. Merely the face value of the ticket is subject to a refund (that does not include presale tax or shipping costs).

In the event of a cancellation or a date change, travel expenses are not being reimbursed. Ticketholders are requested to inform themselves before commencement of travel if a show is going ahead as planned. Lost tickets cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.
