ENCYPHER (LUX)
The winners of this year's NETROCK festival will assure everybody that they not only can play for the world wide web but even more that they can make the crowd rock! With their first album "Inner Fear" which was released early this year they presented a powerful mix of progressive / alternative with a nice touch of metal.

MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY
Mutiny on the Bounty has seen the light of day in april 2004. Their sound can be described as urgent, straight mathy, time-signature-laden indierock with post hardcore appeal, combining organic angularity with a taste for captivating melodies. Bands like At The Drive-In, Minus The Bear, The Fall Of Troy, The Blood Brothers and North Of America may cross your mind when you listen to their sound. They love the epic, the sombre, the tragic, the geekship and the hispano flair.

BEAT! BEAT! BEAT! are four guys who live near the Dutch border and share a fondness for Super Smash Bros, Fast Food and completely debauched house parties. As diverse as the tastes of the band members, is the mixture of their music. From pop to shoegaze to Math Pop. Jacob Brass' music can be described as hand-made pop, written on the acoustic guitar or piano, and it is Jacob’s special feeling for melodies as well as his unmistakable and sensitive voice that makes his songs so unique.

MINTZKOV
One of Belgium's finest bands... Their second album 360°  started as a big success,it's straightforward, powerful and adventurous. Their début album M for Means and L for Love already contained a number of hitsingles such as Mimosa, United Something and I Do.

WALLIS BIRD
27 year old Irish artist Wallis Bird is back with her second album "New Boots", the follow-up to 2007's 'Spoons' which rocketed into the Top 10 UK Digital Album Charts, and earned her comparisons to Ani diFranco and Janis Joplin. Having toured over the last few years with artists as diverse as the legendary Billy Bragg, Ivor Novello award winner Gabrielle, and worldwide phenomenon duo Rodrigo y Gabriela as well as playing hundreds of headlining shows in Europe, Wallis also clinched one of the biggest TV campaigns in recent memory when her storming cover of 'Just Can't Get Enough' was used on a prime-time nationwide advertisement. She went on to win two prestigious Irish Meteor Awards, including Best Female in 2010.

ROYAL REPUBLIC

In a relatively short time, Absynthe Minded acquired something of a reputation, and not only in the bars they tirelessly toured (as their name might suggest). THE JACOB CONSPIRACY
The Jacob Conspiracy is a four-bit band from Luxembourg. Their musical style can be described as Rock-Pop, influenced by artists ranging from Led Zeppelin, Incubus, Jet to Jimi Hendrix. They are a very dynamic band when performing live, reaching out to the public and including them into their show. The songs vary from sing-along phrases to more bluesy tones, catching the public’s attention by delivering a wide range of Rock-Pop tunes.

Sug(r)cane
Sug(r)cane began in 1998 and has traversed many genres while steadfastly maintaining his various melancholic and dreamy compositions, mainly the deconstructed and soulful reversed guitar samples who reigns in a multilayered and looped framework of electronic beats, drones, treated loops and ethereal vocals… So that he defines himself making so far ” shoefazing dreamplops” who is mainly inspired by the alternative guitar bands of the late 80s/early 90s (Cure, Slowdive, Drop Nineteens, Curve, My Bloody Valentine, etc…)
