ROCKHAL APPOINTED MEMBER OF THE EAA
The EAA, the European Arenas Association, during its last general assembly has appointed Luxembourg’s Rockhal as a new member. Rockhal joins this network of the leading European venues like the O2 London, SSE Hydro Glasgow, AccorHotels Arena Paris, Ahoy Rotterdam, Hallenstadion Zürich or Barclaycard Arena Hamburg to name a few, to represent Luxembourg on an international level.
Brian Kabatznick, President of the European Arena Association says: “The EAA is very excited to welcome Luxembourg's premier entertainment venue the Rockhal which annually hosts more than 200 events. The Rockhal joins 35 other European venues in 22 countries as we next meet in Zurich at the Hallenstadion for our autumn meeting. “
Olivier Toth, CEO of the Rockhal adds: “We are very proud to become a member of the EAA. It shows that, despite our much smaller capacity compared with the other members, the Rockhal has become during the last years a renowned venue on the international circuit. We take it also as a reward for the hard work we have been investing in setting our standards and services to the highest levels. The combined expertise that is represented within the association will help us to continue this way and to drive our business further. On the other hand we can share with the other members 12 years of experience in not only operating a venue in Luxembourg’s multinational context but also as a promoter who works together with the most important talent agencies worldwide.”
