Afrobeat legend Tony Allen will be preforming live at the Rockhal. The pioneer of jazz and funk drumming will be celebrating the launch of his new album "Film Of Life" due to release in October for a night packed full of the same genre-defying innovation he has built his phenomenal career on. The poignant ballad "Go Back" on the album was written with Damon Albarn, who features on vocals and keyboards. Set to a sensual and hypnotic beat, the two musicians have created a homage to the African refugees who ended up on the Italian island of Lampedusa. The maestro of the afrobeat is set for a stopover at the Rockhal on 10 December 2014.
